Introduction to Project Management

We provide a turn key solution to clients who are short on time and unable to handle the project themselves. We will take you from concept development, all the way to project completion, and everything in between.

STEP ONE

– CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & PROPOSAL –

This is the initial stage of the design process. After an onsite meeting and brief, there will be a proposal put together including plans, references, mood boards, technical drawings and an itemised quote.

STEP TWO

– SUPPLIER RELATIONS & ORDERS –

Items will be specified to suppliers and ordered on behalf of the client, installation dates will be scheduled and progress updates will be given.

STEP THREE

– COMPLETION & HANDOVER –

Once fully completed and detailed, the project will be handed over to the client for inspection and snagging.

STEP FOUR

– DETAILING –

Accessories and detailing will be done where necessary.
